Material: rubber EPDM is resistant to weather conditions for a very long time. The rubber meets the requirements of EN 681-1 WC. Other types of rubber are used for the oil, lubricant or grease-resistant versions.

Application: Many different details in rubber and rubber-metal for a variety of applications in the car, agriculture, construction and home appliances. Our parts are generally manufactured according to customer's requirements, a pattern or a drawing. Years of experience in the production of such parts result in the quality and durability of products. The quality of our products is based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified quality assurance systems.
Material: The range of rubbers used in our products is wide. It starts with NR through EPDM, NBR, HNBR, FKM to MVQ.
OrderMaterial: for gaskets' production, we use high-quality NBR, HNBR, ACM, FKM rubber compounds and an metal insert made of DC01, DC04, AISI 304, AISI 316 steel. The rubber blend is selected individually for each gasket. The conditions in which the bearing works are taken into account along with the type of the lubricant used in the bearing. For the production of bearing cages we use PA6.6 with the addition of fibreglass or PEEK.
Quality: our bearing seals and bearing cages are intended for the first assembly OEM. The recipients are bearing manufacturers located throughout Europe. The production is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. The company also has an ISO 14001 certification.
Stock: we produce 1-lip, 2-lip, 3-lip, multi-lip seals (cassette seal), contact and non-contact, with a deflector and without a deflector, with a spring (oil seal), with a magnetic encoder (ABS system). Diameter range of bearing seals 10 - 300 mm. Bearing cages are produced in Gumet up to a diameter of 300 mm.
